Marie Harf is apparently every bit as dim as the administration she represents: This is the problem with the liberal mindset and the current POTUS... - WAKE UP PEOPLE: ISIS/ISIL will NEVER change until they are 6 feet under (preferably buried with bacon...), and then they will simply change into fertilizer, a far more practical use for them since they could no longer behead unbelieving babies or their parents and other innocent people.
